From 3pm to 4:30pm, a Black Farmers Meetup will take place, led by WOW Flower Project, which gathers Black farmers across Los Angeles for meet-and-greets, opportunities to discuss the contents of “Free the Land! Free the People! A Study of the abolitionist pod”, seed exchanges and more. The afternoon will conclude with a pigeon release by LACE, reactivating Beatriz da Costa’s PigeonBlog, a community science project tracking air pollution data in California.
