Invisibility: Power and Powers Film Screening + Exhibition Closing

Join OXY ARTS for a night of films by Sarah Friend and Paul Pfeiffer to celebrate the closing of their PST ART: Art & Science Collide exhibition  Invisibility: Powers and Perils. 

OXY ARTS will be screening As Above, So Below by Sarah Friend, and two works from Paul Pfeiffer's Caryatids series: Caryatid (Red, Yellow, Blue) and Caryatid - De La Hoya.

Sarah Friend is an artist and software developer from Canada and currently based in Berlin, Germany, an alumni in the Berlin Program for Artists, a founder and co-curator of Ender Gallery, an artist residency taking place inside the game Minecraft, and an organizer of Our Networks, a conference on all aspects of the distributed web. Paul Pfeiffer is an artist born in Hawaii but spent much of his childhood in the Philippines, whose groundbreaking work in video, sculpture, and photography uses recent computer technologies to dissect the role that mass media plays in shaping consciousness.
