
Hike to Pacific Standard Universe with Usal Project
Hike through Griffith Park with Usal Project guide Gretchen Rudolph.
Gretchen Rudolph is a Wilderness First Responder and hiking guide that has led hikes for Cotopaxi and Wondery Outdoors. Raised in Portland, Oregon, Gretchen grew up hiking in the Columbia River Gorge and specializes in bird identification.
Gretchen will lead us on a 4 to 5 mile hike on Saturday, November 16 in Griffith Park, starting and ending at the Griffith Observatory. After the hike, cool-off, and enjoy a short screening of the observatories PST ART: Art & Science Collide film Pacific Standard Universe.
Hike 9AM-11AM
Screening of Pacific Standard Universe 11AM-11:30AM and presented hourly all weekend.
Metered parking is available at the Griffith Observatory! Gretchen will meet hikers at the Astronomers Monument
