Guided Joshua Tree Meditation and Performance by Edgar Fabian Frias
Experience a transformative blend of art, meditation, and healing led by boundary-breaking multidisciplinary artist Edgar Fabián Frías. Based in Los Angeles, Frías is not only an artist but also an educator, psychotherapist, and brujx whose work defies conventional categories. They will guide a group meditation focused on the healing energy of the iconic Joshua tree, incorporating elements of their performance art that are rooted in Indigenous Futurism, spirituality, and queer aesthetics.
Presented in conjunction with the Lancaster Museum of Art and History's (MOAH) PST ART: Art & Science Collide exhibition Desert Forest: Life with Joshua Trees.
